In the role you will need to be an expert in SAP/SuccessFactors and play a key part in the maintenance and support of the HRIS. Additionally, playing a critical role in the optimisation of the implemented modules.
About you:
- HR Degree or equivalent with hands on experience managing various HRIS Systems
- Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate global People information
- Coordinate with Technology teams for integration management
- Communicate system changes to end-users
- Define and assess SuccessFactors for improvements
- Implement and test changes from H1/H2 releases
- Managing Tier 2 support cases through ServiceNow
- Recommend and implement SuccessFactors process enhancements
- Review and execute configuration changes aligned with best practices
- Participate in configuration testing and collaborating with different business areas.
- Update and manage documentation, including role-based matrices and procedures
- Establish and uphold security and integrity controls
