HR Systems Implementation Lead

Client:
Our client is a well-known local public sector organisation with a significant workforce based across Northern Ireland. There is currently an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Systems Project Lead to work with the Senior team on an implementation project.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will lead extensive collaboration across organisational teams. They will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the functional design and development work, providing leadership to the team and act as the main escalation point for any complex issues arising.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Own and lead the design and implementation of the relevant functional processes from a system and wider business prospective
- Plan and map new ways of working for the function across the organisation
- Lead a programme team
- Manage relationships and engagement
- Set up and manage programme reporting
The Ideal Person:
- A University degree or equivalent professional qualification with 3 years' experience in driving a team to deliver results
- Demonstrated experience across HR/Payroll processes
- Hold a current full driving license
- Have capability and understanding to facilitate implementation of a Cloud ERP/software as a service resolution
- Demonstrated ability of strong negotiation
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
Remuneration:
- £58,972
