About you

  • 5+ years of HR Operations experience, ideally supporting multiple countries
  • Proficient in Workday, Google Suite, and Jira (or similar ticketing systems)
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for HR compliance and data accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do

  • Provide first-line HR support, resolving queries through Jira Cloud
  • Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding
  • Ensure HR data integrity in Workday and support compliance audits
  • Partner with key HR teams (Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Support payroll processing, absence programs, and employee documentation
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements
