HR / OD Consultant (Associate Director)

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading consultancy business as they seek to appoint a HR and OD Consultant (Associate Director) to join their expanding advisory team based out of Belfast.

These will be challenging and fulfilling roles within a team that conducts work in areas such as performance management, change management, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and communications around change, leadership development programmes, learning and development, board effectiveness and organisational culture.

The roles are to contribute to and support the delivery of a variety of engagements, contribute to project team success on assignments, including dealing with client issues, and provide updates to the Director and Partner team.

The successful candidates will be exposed to a variety of jobs and will be given the opportunity to lead specific projects.



The Person

  • CIPD qualified
  • Blue Chip HR experience and/or HR Consulting experience
  • L&D expertise - ideally in Leadership Development
  • HR consulting experience - Org Design. Workforce Planning or HR Operating Model
  • Strong Project and Programme Management experience
