Job Title: HR Officer (9-Month FTC)
Location: Lisburn
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract Duration: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role:


We are recruiting an HR Officer to join a global manufacturing company based in Lisburn on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to gain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while supporting a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Manage employee data and ensure HR systems are up-to-date.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with performance management and training initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best HR practices.

  • Handle administrative HR tasks including contracts, absence management, and HR reporting.

Essential Criteria:


  • Experience working in an HR generalist or associate role.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable but not essential).
