Greater Belfast
VANRATH is partnering with a global manufacturer based in the Greater Belfast area, with the appointment of a permanent part time Human Resource Manager role.
The company in question produce an extensive list of product's for a variety of industries and customers and have sites located across the US and Europe.
The HR Manager will have a reporting line into the Global HR Director, and a local line into the Site lead.

The Person
- Degree in HR Management or business-related discipline
- 5 + year's experience working in a HR role, ideally manufacturing or related industry
- CIPD qualification preferred
- A sound knowledge of the NI employment law.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Previous standalone or HR departmental ownership highly desirable
The Package
- Salary £30 - 40k (pro rata) 3- 4 days
