Role Overview

Title: HR Generalist
Location: County Down (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 35-40k

VANRATH are partnering with our client based in County Down who are on the hunt for an experienced HR Generalist to join their large HR function.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations providing advice and expertise to a large site, communicating with colleagues at all levels.

You will be accountable for supporting and advising key departments within the business, across a broad range of HR related activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 years of general HR experience
  • CIPD Membership preferred
  • Up-to-date knowledge of NI employment law
  • Strong HR analytical skills
  • Ability to understand data trends and make informed recommendations to external stakeholders.
