Take the next step in your HR career with this exciting People Advisor role in Belfast, as VANRATH partner with an award-winning professional services organisation to shape and support impactful people strategies.
You will lead on HR advisory services, including employee relations, recruitment, and absence management, while ensuring compliance with legislation. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships and driving people-focused initiatives in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will build effective and working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR related issues
- Ensure compliance of relevant HR legislation
- Support recruitment and selection campaigns
- Monitor, analyse and manage absence management, identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate.
- ER, recognition and reward, performance management and development
- Work closely with people team to support the delivery of key objectives
- Provide expertise on a range of HR generalist issues
The Person
- Degree educated preferably within HRM, Business or related subject
- CIPD qualified
- 3-5 years HR exp, ideally gained within a professional environment, (financial services, law, accountancy or similar)
- Strong influencing skills with ability to manage upwards
