HR Business Partner - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Vanrath is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a leading global company.

The Role:
This role, reporting to the Chief People Officer, will deliver top-tier HR practices across the Europe and Asia teams. You'll partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement proactive HR and employee relations solutions.
  • Support employee engagement, performance, and talent development.
  • Assist in recruiting across all levels.
  • Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities.
  • Drive HR improvements in areas such as attendance, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and support global HR projects.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Broad HR experience, ideally from a generalist background.
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing HR practices.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in HR systems and software.


Desirable:

  • Relevant degree or CIPD qualification.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.


Additional Information:

  • Ad-hoc global travel required.
