Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Contract)
Location: Antrim Civic Centre
Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 6-month agency contract to support our client's HR team at Antrim Civic Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide key HR support and advice across a range of functions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees, managers, and applicants.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertisements, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Support with sickness absence reviews and pre-employment checks.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Act as HR representative in disciplinary, grievance, and harassment investigations.


Essential Experience & Skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or 2+ years' HR experience.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and managing employee queries.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
