Title: HR Advisor

Salary: 35-40k
Contract: Maternity Cover FTC
About the Role
VANRATH are partnering with our client in Logistics in the recruitment of a HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis. You will drive strategic HR initiatives across multiple countries, supporting leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best HR practices.
- Lead and contribute to key HR projects and change management initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Support recruitment and talent development to enhance workforce capability.
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years HR generalist experience.
- CIPD qualification or relevant degree (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience coaching and advising senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
