As the Health, Safety and Environmental Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards across multiple production sites. You'll champion a culture of accountability, implement proactive risk mitigation strategies, and drive environmental responsibility in line with corporate objectives.


πŸ› οΈ Key Areas of Focus

Workplace Safety

  • Champion a culture of safety excellence throughout the organisation's NI operations.

  • Lead internal initiatives that promote proactive safety behaviours and practices.

  • Deliver safety education programmes and hands-on training to ensure workforce awareness.

  • Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance, reviewing protocols and reporting non-conformance.

  • Investigate safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Environmental Stewardship

  • Spearhead environmental responsibility programmes aligned with current legislation and internal sustainability goals.

  • Reduce organisational risk by maintaining legal compliance across all environmental activities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote best practices in eco-conscious production and waste management.

  • Take ownership of emissions tracking and lead annual greenhouse gas reporting and analysis.

  • Embed environmental awareness into operational decision-making and long-term planning.

  • Proven track record in a Health, Safety, or Environmental leadership position, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Passion for continuous improvement and building a safety-first culture
