VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful organisation, with the appointment of a newly created Head of HR role on a full-time permanent basis, based in the County Tyrone region.
Your responsibilities centre on leading the HR department processes and driving people management strategies. This includes, coaching, mentoring and supporting staff members to identify their individual strengths and development needs, while championing an open, embracing culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout the organisation. You will also ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently and in line with business objectives.
The Person
Degree in HRM or related subject and / or CIPD qualification
Experience in a senior management level role
Experience in manufacturing or related industry
