VANRATH are delighted to be working closely with a global manufacturing company in helping recruit for a commercially astute Financial Controller who will be pivotal in driving financial strategy as the company embarks on an exciting period of growth.

The Role;
- Lead a team of 5 Financial and Cost Accountants
- Oversee monthly reporting for site, and communication of results to all stakeholders.
- Oversee the Monthly R&O and quarterly forecasting process.
- Participate in formulating and delivering business strategy.
- Drive business improvement
- Provide support to commercial decision-making processes and business development.
- Ensure annual planning and budgeting process is delivered on time
- Manage the working capital cycle of the business
- Provide cash flow analysis.
- Support successful implementation of new IT systems and structures.
- Support and approve all Capex strategy.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven management experience in a commercial environment,
- Significant experience as a financial or business analyst.
- Must have expert Microsoft Office Products experience, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word as well as the ability to learn corporate ERP system.
- Evidence of comfort and familiarity dealing with senior stakeholders.
