The Role:
* Lead and direct a finance team of 5 Financial & Cost Accountant, including financial and management accounting processes, P&L and Balance Sheet review, and variance analysis.
* Ensure complete financial control is maintained including compliance with applicable GAAP
* Oversee monthly reporting for site, and communication of results to all stakeholders.
* Oversee the Monthly R&O and quarterly forecasting process.
* Participate in formulating and delivering business strategy.
* Provide support to commercial decision-making processes and business development.
* Ensure annual planning and budgeting process is delivered on time
* Manage the working capital cycle of the business
* Provide cash flow analysis.
* Support and approve all Capex strategy.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven management experience in a commercial environment, ideally within manufacturing
- Significant experience as a financial or business analyst. Operational experience within business / would be advantageous.
- Must have expert Microsoft Office Products experience, specifically with Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word as well as the ability to learn corporate ERP system.
- Evidence of comfort and familiarity dealing with senior stakeholders.
