VANRATH are delighted to be working closely with a superb, reputable Charity in helping recruit for a Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this hugely rewarding, value add role involves managing a small team of 4, as well as overseeing the management of the accounting function, payroll and processes.

Our client is embarking on an exciting 5 year redevelopment plan so it is a fantastic time to join the business and grow with it.

About you

  • Qualified Accountant / Part Qualified / QBE
  • Experience in managing staff
  • SAGE experience
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Strong IT skills
  • Teamwork ethos

What you'll do

  • Manage financial, accounting and payroll through SAGE
  • Manage finance officers and administrator
  • Maintain proper use of Charity funds
  • Help produce annual budgets and cash flow projections
  • Manage supplier relationships
