This role involves managing the e-billing process, including eBill uploads, resolving rejections, handling queries, and supporting accruals and budgeting. What you'll do

  • Upload invoices to systems
  • Resolve queries
  • Manage rejections
  • Submit accruals, reports, and budgets
  • Manage emails through the Finance inbox

About you

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel
  • Have good numeracy skills.
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
