The role involves managing the e-billing process, including uploading eBills, resolving rejections, handling queries, and assisting with accruals and budgets. What you'll do

  • Upload invoices to eBilling portals or hub.
  • Handle queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage rejections
  • Ensure timely resubmissions
  • Submit accruals, reports, and budgets
  • Manage workload through the billing inbox.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.

About you

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel
  • Have good numeracy skills.
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
