The role involves managing the e-billing process, including uploading eBills, resolving rejections, handling queries, and assisting with accruals and budgets. What you'll do
- Upload invoices to eBilling portals or hub.
- Handle queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage rejections
- Ensure timely resubmissions
- Submit accruals, reports, and budgets
- Manage workload through the billing inbox.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
About you
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel
- Have good numeracy skills.
- Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
