VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client, a large engineering company based in the Larne area, for their search for a Payroll Administrator on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Essential Criteria
If you have 2+ years working in a Finance or Payroll environment:
- Experience in administration, finance or Payroll
- Skills in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to lead and supervise staff
- Understanding of Payroll legislation and procedures
As a Payroll Admin, you will be responsible for:
- Check and input data to ensure payrolls are accurately paid
- Respond to email, telephone and face to face queries
- Ensure filing, retention and disposal of material is compliant
