Job Title: Data Input Administrator

Location: Belfast City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Contract: Initial 6-Month Temporary Contract

Job Overview:

VANRATH is excited to be assisting our client, a prominent organisation, in recruiting a Data Input Administrator for an initial 6-month temporary contract based in Belfast City Centre. This role is crucial in supporting a high-volume project that involves converting paper files to electronic formats in cloud storage. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a balance between office-based and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Collect, review, scan, and organise legal documents for digital storage.
  • Accuracy Verification: Review documents for accuracy before and after scanning, ensuring all data is correctly digitised and stored.
  • Data Security: Maintain the security and confidentiality of all information by adhering to established data security procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the classification, naming, and saving of files in appropriate digital drives, keeping detailed records of all document handling processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and support project goals.

Essential Criteria:

  • Accuracy and Dependability: Proven track record of being accurate, punctual, and dependable.
  • Team Experience: Experience working effectively as part of a team.
  • IT Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license.

  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Some knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.
