What You'll Do

  • Lead and support on a range of Corporate Finance transactions, including M&A, valuations, fundraising, and due diligence.
  • Build and refine financial models, providing insightful analysis to drive commercial decision-making.
  • Work closely with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of transactions.
  • Assist in business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting client pitches.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to deliver best-in-class Corporate Finance advisory services.

What We're Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or related fields within practice.
  • A commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
