VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with a global consultancy business in Belfast, who are currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team on an initial interim contract. This is an urgent role within the business and can offer the opportunity for an immediate start.
If you are a Qualified Accountant with excellent technical experience alongside having a flexible approach to work, this could be the ideal role for you. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with project work including review of intercompany positions.
Interviewing immediately.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel for financial reporting
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Previous experience of mentoring/supervising junior team members
- Available at short notice
What you'll do
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and maintain fixed asset register
- Lead month end close process
- Assist with projects, including reviewing of intercompany positions
- Support statutory filing across the group
- Assist with technical accounting matters
