Job Overview:

VANRATH are delighted to be partnering once again with this well-known transport organisation. The Corporate Analyst will provide comprehensive support to IT users across the business, ensuring the effective utilisation of corporate applications. This role entails delivering work packages as defined by project and programme managers and offering cover for the Software teams, IS Help Desk and other IT functions within a team support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide corporate-wide IT support to users.
• Deliver work packages as assigned by project and programme managers.
• Offer cover for the IS Help Desk and other IT functions.
• Ensure effective use of corporate applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software compatibility issues across various configurations. You will bring expert knowledge of customer service experience in a software environment
• Attend other locations as required, using a personal driving licence.

Essential Criteria:

• Education: Possess IT or Business-related qualification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical support or related customer service experience in a software environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with computer hardware and network operating systems.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software compatibility issues across various configurations.
  • Possess a current driving licence for work-related purposes.

• Availability: Willing to work irregular hours.

Desirable Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with cloud computing, including migrating "on-premise" applications to the cloud.
• Willing to work an "Out of Hours" rota.
