Are you looking for a Contracts Manager role? Interested in working for a leading commercial fit-out contractor?

VANRATH are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial fit out projects for a leading commercial fit-out contractor.

Remuneration:

Client:
Our client is a leading commercial fit-out contractor based in Greater Belfast, Northern Ireland. They specialise in high quality commercial interior fit-out projects covering retail, hospitality, business, sport and healthcare.

They have a lot of work in London at the moment, some larger and long-term projects, as well as multiple smaller ones. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager from a commercial fit out background to oversee a few projects concurrently, all based in London.

The Ideal Person:

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Experience working on commercial fit out projects for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working as a Contracts Manager
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent management skills
• Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
• Happy to travel to / work in London during the week
