Main Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service

  • Oversee and update service schedules, ensuring timely reminders are issued

  • Keep customer and vehicle records accurate and up to date

  • Coordinate PSV appointments efficiently

  • Generate and distribute job cards for the workshop, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing

  • Manage outbound sales and customer service calls to maintain strong client relationships

  • Create and promote maintenance contract proposals

  • Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to optimise planning and ensure profitability

  • Notify customers of any additional services required, providing detailed quotations for approval

  • Explain completed work to customers and arrange vehicle collection or delivery

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • A valid full UK driving license
