Biomedical Scientist - Belfast
(Must have a specialist portfolio)- Hospital lab based
VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Biomedical Scientist in a hospital setting with a new, modern and bright work area/lab. This role will run initially for 12 months (with possibility of extension/permanent). You will need to be an experienced Biomedical Scientist, must have a specialism and a demonstrable track record.
This is an immediate requirement, however for the right candidate they will wait for a notice period. There is real scope to use this as a way into an HSCNI organisation that creates real potential to become a permanent member of staff and progression.
Job Requirements:
- Practical laboratory experience (UK based), specifically in routine Haematology, Biochemistry or Microbiology is essential
- Specialise Portfolio is essential (we cannot progress anyone to the next stage without this)
- HCPC registered (proof required)
- Minimum 2-3 years post graduate experience
- Relevant Recognised Degree
- Must have right to work in UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
Salary:
£35,392 - £42,618 (+ Enhanced annual leave, pension and staff benefits)
