Account Manager (Field) - Car

Job Description

VANRATH have exclusively partnered with a long established company that is one of the leaders in wholesale. The organisation is recruiting for a Account Manager (Field based) position.

Operating from an office in Belfast; some of Friday spent in office, the rest of your time will be out on the field. You will have a fairly tight defined territory with this role.

Hours

Monday - Friday w/ flexible hours

7.30 - 4.30 OR 8.00 - 5.00 OR 8.30 - 5.30

Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 plus a fantastic benefits package, company car, bonus (highly experienced candidates at higher salary may be considered - enquire within)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing key accounts on the field, growing relationships
  • Update account status and transaction details
  • Supervision of account reps to ensure sales pipeline
  • Resolution of any potential issues arising
  • Maximise account spend and generate new business from existing accounts or customer networking.

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an account manager/customer success role, with a successful track record in upselling and KPI target delivery.
  • Field Sales experience.
  • Proven experience of nurturing existing customer accounts whilst achieving and exceeding sales, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Technical sales background (electrical, engineering, construction etc.)
