Prior to commencing my career in recruitment, I graduated with a first-class honours degree in Business at Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and gained significant experience in the hospitality and retail sectors.

Now in my role as a recruitment resourcer, I use our current CRM to manage candidate data and communicate with existing candidates ensuring they receive the highest quality of service. I work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to establish the skill sets of candidates that we are currently sourcing and ultimately help to build career success stories.

Working in this role has given me a clear pathway to becoming a recruitment consultant and VANRATH have supported and encouraged my professional growth from the moment I joined. With a great salary and excellent monthly incentives, I am continuously motivated to deliver excellent results.
