Last night saw the CIPD NI Awards return to the Titanic Belfast with Pamela Ballantine hosting the event for the evening.
The CIPD NI Awards are the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland. The Awards celebrate the contribution of HR and People Management within business celebrating innovation and success.
A number of the Senior Consultants from VANRATH were present at the awards last night and had the pleasure of celebrating with many of the award winners. Huge congratulations go to all the finalists and winners on the night, and a special mention goes to the Macklin Group who won the first award of the evening for ‘Employee Engagement Strategy’.
