VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting multiple Service Desk Analyst for a and Infrastructure based in Belfast. Due to recent expansion they are looking to build a brand new team to help cover support 24/7.
As a Service Desk analyst you will be responsible for making sure the day to day running of the service desk run like clockwork. You will be required to answer customer queries and be the first point of contact either via telephone, email or the portal.
The ideal candidate must be able to display the following:
- 1+ Years in a Service Desk/Support role is ideal but not essential
- Experience working towards KPI’s/SLA’s
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of desktop, networking, server, voice, communication and infrastructure support
- Experience in call handling
- A drivers license
The salary for this role would be £23,500 depending on but would also come with a great benefits package. The role would require shift work covering round the clock but would come with remuneration to compensate unsociable hours on top of the base salary.
