Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE)
VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3+ PQE) on behalf of our client, an innovative law firm based in Newtownards and Belfast servicing clients all over Northern Ireland. This position is based in the Newtownards office. This highly regarded law firm has been recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK and accredited by Lexcel and The Home Charter Scheme. Dealing with the full range of property transactions, in particular the purchase, sale, re-mortgage and transfer of residential properties in Northern Ireland.
Conducting matters in the following areas on behalf of clients in a timely and cost effective manner:
- Sales and Purchases of Land – both Land Registry and Registry of Deeds
- Title rectification
- Co-ownership Housing transactions
- New Builds & Development
The role may involve some additional private client work such as:
- Taking Will instructions and drafting Wills
- Administration of Estates
- Execution and Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Controllership Applications
The Ideal Person
The successful candidate will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and a proven track record in handling conveyancing transactions. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be capable of running your own caseload and working on your own initiative, demonstrating a high level of client service delivery. The role is ideal for someone who is seeking high levels of responsibility in a fast paced role and career progression.
Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
