VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting a receptionist/administrator for a leading financial services firm based in Belfast City Centre. This is a growing business with a dynamic team environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Department you will take a lead role in taking ownership of the reception area. Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk
  • Greet guests and ensure visitors are signed-in and escorted as and when needed
  • Assisting with powerpoint presentations
  • Assisting with reports and other ad hoc duties when required
  • Support mailing and shipping through the post and local couriers
  • Answering all incoming calls and direct them throughout the office
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings; including organising catering requirements
  • Diary management duties
  • Minute taking
  • Assisting the office manager with facilities issues

The Ideal Person

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years reception/administration experience and be able to confidently deal with clients and visitors coming in and out of the offices. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
