Receptionist/Admin Assistant

My client, a highly successful organisation based in has an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their busy team. The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will be required to assist the experienced and growing team.

Responsibilities:

Duties include:

  • First reaction to incoming calls
  • Direct calls to relevant departments
  • Detailing calls to relevant departments
  • Detailing accurately all call enquiries
  • Welcoming clients on arrival providing refreshments
  • Order processing
  • Processing payments
  • Handling Cash
  • Ordering Materials
  • Adhering to GDPR Compliance
  • Booking Couriers
  • Diary planning
  • Itinerary Planning

The Ideal Person:

  • At leave one years’ experience in a front of house administrative role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Must be able to work as part of a team

Remuneration:

£17,000
