Receptionist (Belfast City Centre)

My client, a highly successful Legal organisation based in Belfast City Centre has an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The Receptionist will have the opportunity to gain experience within a busy, corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Duties include:

  • Create documents, presentations and spreadsheets using MS Office
  • PowerPoint presentations, travel calendar
  • Greet guests and ensure visitors are signed-in and escorted as and when needed
  • Support office space planning and related administrative tasks
  • Support mailing and shipping through the post and local couriers
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings; which will include
  • Managing schedule and conflicts
  • Organising catering requirements
  • Screen and respond to/direct incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist with Event management
  • Any other duties as required

The Ideal Person:

  • At leave one years’ experience in a front of house administrative role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Experience within a legal environment would be advantageous

Remuneration:

£18,000 – £21,000
