Outline of role

The main function of this role is to provide commercial support to senior management on a new project development, and to cost/code jobs on a facilities management system called Impact-response. The contract is a housing response repairs contract under the NHF 6.3 SOR. The role is heavily IT based so someone who is computer literate is essential. To complete the task of coding jobs the information will be passed to the successful applicant via the online portal (Impact response) and the successful applicant would be responsible for interpreting this information which will be photos, written description of works carried out and in turn use their experience to apply the NHF SOR Codes to maximise profit. The costing package we use is Impact response but someone who has used Accuserve or any other response repairs system would be ideal. The successful candidate would be expected to code and complete circa 60-80 jobs per day.

Essential Criteria

Commercial Experience- Working as assistant QS, Commercial admin in repairs sector, Quantity Surveyor

Computer Literate – role is IT heavy working on a facilities management system called Impact response

QS degree is NOT essential

Working on response repairs contracts ideally under NHF SOR but someone who has worked on PSA/NSR is also applicable.

Experience of Microsoft packages primarily excel and email.

Work at fast pace coding approx. 60-80 jobs per day. They will have guidance internally and will have a strong support network.


NHF 6.2/6.3 Experience or another transferable skill set i.e PSA/NSR

Use of IT systems to cost/code such as Accuserve/Impactresponse.


Driving not needed 100% office based

Role is 3-6 months to work on back-load of work with a positive possibility of going permanent.
