Internal Sales Advisor (eLearning)

VANRATH have partnered with an eLearning software provider, based in Ballynahinch, to support the build out of their internal sales team.

A global leader in language learning support, this fast growing organisation are seeking candidates with a growth mindset.

The Role:

We are looking for switched on individuals to grow with a fast growing company in an Internal Sales Advisor role. This entails dealing with customer leads coming in at a high volume, giving customers the help they need, and converting them into sales.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to sit for long periods of time and focus on a screen while processing hundreds of leads per day and then following up, all via email.

Responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be expected to convert the thousands of leads you touch each week, but don’t worry you will receive expert training on how to effectively do this. This requires a high level of persistence – someone who is willing to put in the extra hours to make a sale, to send that extra email, and makes time to follow up with each lead multiple times.

Essential Criteria:

  • Educated to degree in a business relevant subject.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email.
  • Perseverance- the ability to schedule follow-ups with leads frequently and in a timely manner.
  • Resilience- the ability to work longer hours than usual, weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Integrity- you respect yourself and our customers. Nothing is more important than trust.
  • Detail-oriented- can manage a high volume of emails, read them carefully, give them the attention they need.
  • Skillfully use 3rd party apps like Front, Kajabi, Google Suite, Submittable, Aweber and Slack.
  • Have a growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage time and stay focused while working remotely.
  • Proficiency with a computer and different apps.
  • High level of English, particularly grammatical accuracy.
