VANRATH has been exclusively appointed by our client, a leading technology organisation based in Dundalk to assist with the appointment of a newly created HR manager role.

The successful candidate will have, in conjunction with team leaders, the scope to develop & implement appropriate HR Systems for such areas as recruitment, induction, training, performance review, career path & planning, remuneration package design-covering both new & existing employees
It is expected that this role will suit a candidate that has experience in a technology and services company that has worked under an experienced HR director but would like to bring their own ideas and put their own HR stamp on a progressive growing technology company. The successful candidate during probation will present at senior leadership team days, and following probation will form part of the SLT (Senior Leadership Team).

A 3rd level qualification in Human Resources, Psychology and/or, Learning and Development
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR position; preferably with a fast-growing export focused SME ideally operating in the technology, software and services sectors.
This is a very unique opportunity to join an award winning and industry recognised tech business in a senior leadership capacity with autonomy to shape their HR and People function in a UK and Ireland role.
The position is based in Dundalk with travel required within Ireland and the UK. There is a possibility of travel to other markets, though travel is not expected to ever require more than 5 (not necessarily consecutive) days per month, though it is expected that some overnights will be part of travel.
