Help Desk Administrator (Belfast)

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for a growing NI organisation based in Belfast City Centre for a Help Desk Administrator on a permanent basis. The Help Desk Administrator will be providing support to clients to assist with their facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Duties include:

  • Providing full administrative support and duties for the maintenance office
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely and helpful manner
  • Monitoring of central email for client liaison
  • Logging calls on the database
  • Completion of daily job reports
  • Creating word documents, spreadsheets and reports as required
  • Typing and submission of fault reports
  • Any other duties as required

The Ideal Person:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C and above or equivalent
  • 1-2 years working in a similar administration role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent organizational skills

Remuneration:

£17000 – £19000
