Customer Support Executive

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting a Customer Support Executive for a leading global provider of body worn video cameras, based at their HQ here in Belfast.

With year on year growth this exciting company continue to evolve, providing innovative camera products and software services to a global client base.

They now require an eager Customer Support Executive to join their team. The Customer Support Executive will ideally bring a real enthusiasm for the latest technology, and for the brand they are representing.

Standard working week is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.


  • Dealing with a wide variety of customer queries, from basic to complex
  • Work closely with the tech team to resolve issues and become a product specialist
  • Booking appointments via CRM
  • Software installing remotely
  • Use of the secure file transfer service
  • Other admin duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years in a technical customer support position
  • Educated to A level standard, with a minimum of grade C in ICT
  • Advanced Windows Desktop experience (Can confidently install programs, use office apps and fluent with windows explorer file management)
  • Basic Linux operating system experience.
  • Problem Solving
  • Basic presentation skills

Any of the below skills/ experience are highly desirable:

  • Educated to degree in a IT related subject
  • Linux Terminal Experience
  • Technical Support experience
  • Windows Driver Experience
  • Any form of electrical circuit understanding
