CORPORATE SOLICITOR ASSOCIATE

VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor Associate on behalf of our client who is a Global Law Firm with offices in over 12 countries. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate offering autonomous working and International Corporate network exposure. The Corporate Solicitor Associate will be based in their expanding Belfast Office. They will work directly with Partners within a well established team in one of the most successful Corporate teams in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high level technical legal advice and services to large companies
• Will take responsibility within the department in relation to M& A, Joint Ventures and Shareholders agreements.
• Ability to manage high value transactions and corporate restructuring.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions of trade, trademark licences, disputes and enforcement.

The Ideal Person:

The successful candidate will be an experienced Corporate Solicitor seeking an Associate/Senior Associate position with significant scope for continued career progression. Ideally with 4+ years PQE with the majority of your experience will come from a leading corporate firm. This role will suit a candidate seeking International exposure in a growing global firm.

Remuneration:

Salary will be negotiable and tailored to attract the strongest Candidate in the local market.
