VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our client, a leading North West law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to return to the North West whilst retaining exposure to leading work within the RoI, NI and E & W markets. A unique opportunity for someone to return to the North West and maintain an opportunity to build upon their career within a leading multi-jurisdictional office.

Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate :

• Advising across a broad client base from private individuals through to SME and public sector clients.
• Provide advice and assistance in relation to large portfolios including Investment sales & acquisitions,
• Loan transfers, real estate funds, development deals and real estate finance.
• Contribute to business development.

The Ideal Person:

The successful candidate will be an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with a proven track record. You will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and excellent academic credentials. The ideal candidate will have trained in NI/Eng & Wales/RoI and have demonstrable experience gained within a leading commercial environment. Excellent career progression opportunities available.
