Application Support Specialist
VANRATH are working with one of the leading technology companies in Northern Ireland. They seek an Application Support Specialist to join the team in Belfast.
The role offers a great opportunity for a talented individual to play a key part in the development of the company. This will be a hand-ons role, learning the product and working daily to analyse issues and work through to resolution.
- Become an expert with the product
- Provide 3rd line support to the system using JIRA Service Desk
- Take full ownership of the issues and see them through to resolution in line with the pre-defined SLAs
- Ensure support tickets are correctly linked and tracked against resulting development jobs
- Help improve the effectiveness and influence of the ecosystem
- Demonstrable experience of working in a technical application support role for a software company
- Proven ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
- Strong track record of creating training materials for software applications
- JIRA Service Desk or similar application (ideal)
- SaaS/PaaS (ideal)
- Ecommerce experience
