Application Support Analyst (Cloud Support)
VANRATH are working with global financial company who are seeking a Application Support Analyst to form as part of a small team responsible for the primary support of key regulatory reporting application.
- Providing incident and problem management to internal and external clients
- Building and developing relationships with clients whilst providing excellent technical support, release and change control process
- Proactive management of business-critical real-time reporting systems, identifying issues and potential problem areas
- Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience supporting business critical front/mid office applications
- Working in an ITIL environment (ideally certified)
- Good understanding of Windows & Linux servers
- Experience of cloud tech; AWS or Azure
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodoligies
