We are seeking an experienced Web Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Belfast. You will oversee web development projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and meet high-quality standards. Leading a team of talented developers and designers, you will facilitate Agile practices to achieve project goals and drive continuous improvement.

The Role

• As the Web Manager, you will develop project time lines and milestones, allocate resources, and prioritise tasks. Motivating and guiding the web development team, you will foster collaboration and productivity.

• You will act as the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders, communicating progress and gathering feedback. Ensuring the final product meets quality standards, you will implement testing and promptly address any issues. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements and stay updated with the latest Agile practices and web development trends.
