Viewing Agent / Belfast / Immediate Start

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a popular Property Management Company in Belfast with the Recruitment of a dynamic Viewing Agent to join our team. You will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will leverage your communication skills and organisational abilities to provide exceptional service and guidance throughout the real estate process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess strong administrative skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 - Negotiable Depending on Experience

Hours - Mon-Fri - 09:00-17:00

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with other professionals including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence is required for property viewings.
• A strong understanding of the local property market is advantageous.
