What you will do:
- Lead and manage the valuation services within the practice, ensuring high-quality delivery across all engagements.
- Provide expert valuations for a variety of purposes, including M&A, litigation support, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with partners to identify and pursue growth opportunities for the valuations offering.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring best practices are embedded across the team.
What you will have:
- A strong background in valuations, ideally gained from a Big 4 or similar high-profile environment.
- A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualification experience in valuations.
- Excellent technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and the ability to apply them practically.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a personable, dedicated, and approachable style.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- A strategic mindset, with the ambition to grow the valuations function and drive the success of the practice.
