VANRATH are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a global software provider on their search for Technical Support Agents to join their bilingual support team. This opportunity is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 from home).

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals that have previously worked in an IT/ technical support position OR come from a customer service background and would be keen on moving into a more technical role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email and chat by providing technical support and guidance
  • Provide information on company product line (e-commerce & retail products)
  • Assist in providing troubleshooting documentation
  • Work as part of a wider bilingual team

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Dutch & English
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support position
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to multitask
