Overview:

They are now seeking a driven Family Law Solicitor to join their team - an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to take on a leadership role with a genuine pathway to partnership.

The Role:
You'll join an established firm with the chance to make a real impact within their Family Law department. The role offers responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice. Whether you're newly qualified or bring experience, the firm is committed to supporting your growth into a key leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, care proceedings, and non-molestation orders

  • Represent clients at hearings and work closely with counsel and external agencies

  • Deliver clear, compassionate legal advice tailored to each client's needs

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Family Law department

  • Support and collaborate with colleagues across the wider team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (all levels of PQE considered)

  • A genuine interest in family law and a commitment to client care

  • Ability to manage cases with appropriate support depending on experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ambition to grow within the role, with potential to lead the department long-term
