My client is an international, software-lead fintech business. They are continuing to grow out their Engineering Team in Northern Ireland and see this as the first hire for a new team they are building.
About you
- You will have strong OO programming experience in one discipline while having an openness and flexibility to developing across multiple languages (C#, Java, Rust, Go etc.)
- Deep understanding of API design, RESTful principles, and microservices architecture
- Experience in an Open Source environment
- Strong frontend technology experience
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, tools, and solutions that cater to customer requirements and enhance their experience.
- Contribute to the evaluation and integration of open-source technologies that align with project goals and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to APIs, tools, and processes to enable effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the fintech and payments landscape.
