VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to contribute to exciting projects in Mid-Ulster

Client
Our client is a leading specialist commercial and residential construction company working on projects throughout Northern Ireland. They pride themselves on their ability to take innovative solutions to building practices.
They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver projects on time and to perfection
- Liaise with all levels of management
- Lead toolbox talks
- Conduct risk assessments
- Adhere to construction drawings
- Ability to perform on residential projects
- Day to day site Management of busy development to include materials and site personnel inclusive of sub-contractors.
- Effective communication with clients, architects, engineers subcontractors and house purchasers to ensure delivery of turn key homes are met.
The Ideal Person:
- Relevant Site Cards
- Effective communication skills
- 3+ year's experience as a Site Manager
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
